This is extremely annoying. This DCL website is consistently not working properly. It took me hours trying to check in for our last cruise. I even manually changed the time to EST on my computer to see if that would help. Nope! It is still telling me "coming soon".

I sat on hold for 30 minutes because of my placeholder, but I could see everything on the website and would have had no issues booking online. Did you try to clear out your cookies and cache?

I'm booked on the Disney Magic for 10/12/24-10/17/24 and my son is very excited about being right by the stairs to go up to get free Coke.

Have you tried incognito mode on Chrome? I was able to view by 7am and book by 7:17am (first 15min it kept saying there were no rooms available for the party size but the system was probably just getting ready for silver folks then).

You can use placeholders for any cruise except blacked out ones or restricted rates. I used two placeholders for a 4-night and 6-night for October on the Fantasy. The only difference is the deposit. 7-night deposit is 10%. 6-night or less the deposit is 20%.

Oh good to know. For some reason I thought it was only eligible for 7 nights or more but now I see it’s just the deposit reduction for 7 nights or more. Thanks!

holy crap, this edit explains why my prices went up! The phone agent just gave me the most expensive of each type.
A 2A vs 2B is not worth $2,500 difference for 3 nights on the Dream!

I had to call and luckily got the secret porthole room I wanted. I am still not able to see anything on the website. I haven't tried chrome incognito mode but Disney shouldn't make this so difficult. I am happy with my outcome and only waited on hold for 30 min. We had to cancel our Alaska Cruise last month because my husband broke his ankle the day before we were flying out. Luckily I bought the travel protection plan and it was very easy to get all of my money back. That is why I am buying it again. Happy Cruising everyone!
