I don't think they made any black out dates for any of the cruises they just released. This was a nice surprise.

That is a nice surprise. I was afraid that some of the 1-time itineraries would get blacked out.

The blackout thing annoys me a bit. I realize that it says subject to blackout dates. But when a first-time Disney cruising family of 4 books a placeholder while on a cruise during spring break (the week before Easter) it would have been nice had the CM mentioned that spring breaks are likely going to be black out dates and that the placeholder isn't going to be good on the very same week the following year. Common sense when dealing with families and common courtesy, IMHO.

Im over here waiting for 4/5 night Bahama cruises expecting the worst and Im seeing people post $9k+ trps thinking damn i shouldnt be complaining

I have lost hope that our quotes will be anywhere near what we can financially justify. After seeing their prices for the 12-night British Isles compared to what we paid on Princess, it's so unrealistic. It is unfathomable to me that anyone would pay these prices when there are so many other cruise lines with prices half or more less than Disney's. I'm going to start pricing other lines :surfweb:

Thanks so much! We fall in to the first quote and it doesn't look promising for us. Those numbers a slightly higher then I expected for the CAT rooms we're looking at.

Western Caribbean for 2 adults, 2 kids, inside deluxe stateroom, please?

Also, anyone know if DVC point charts for these cruises are available?

I priced out the British Isles cruise with DVC points. The first 2 passengers are the most, but I could take an additional 1 adult and 1 child for under 550 points. The hitch with cruising using points is you have to pay in full today when booking. So, I would pay $8600 for a class 9C for all four of us, using points to cover the 3rd and 4th passenger. I'm still debating...

I dont know how to tell the rooms apart first time cruise but is that last quote for a verandah room?

Wow - all these prices seem very high. I've requested a quote for the Fantasy 10-night southern sailing but based on the prices I see above its highly doubtful that I'll actually book it.
