Hello OpenTopic⢠Users
We have a firm time for the upgrade of OpenTopic⢠software to Oracle 8.17.
Thursday March 15, 9 PM PST
The upgrade will require shutting down the OpenTopic⢠databases during this time. No data will be lost but the service will be unavailable while the upgrade is performed.
The OpenTopic⢠operations team and DBA's will supervise the process in order to ensure minimal downtime for you.
Please contact me directly if there are any questions or concerns.
