Open Table!!!

Agreed. We always use Open Table for our WDW trips. You used to have more leeway with cancellations, too, back when Disney made you cancel a day in advance.

I first used them to get reservations at Art Smith's when it was always completely impossible to get ressies on Disney's system...they were great - though unfortunately, they no longer book Art Smith's on Open Table. There are a few Disney location restaurants that you can't book through Open Table anymore.

Open Table became a game changer for us a few years back with less agita booking ADRs. Actually moved from the monorail resorts to the ones around Crescent Lake since they are closer to DS and found our for now “home”. Can’t recommend OT enough.

A word of caution, make sure the restaurant you book is actually a restaurant that is at Disney Springs. The one time I've used OpenTable to help with Disney reservations, I found a Mexican-style restaurant in the DS area for our party of nine on our arrival day. I was impressed that the typical menu pricing seemed reasonable (for Disney standards), which should have been my first clue.

When we arrived at DS to find our restaurant, I realized the place wasn't even at DS and was located a good 2 miles away or so. Big whoops! We managed to get a walkup at Planet Hollywood, but it made for a pretty stressful start to our trip.

I always use Open Table for as many places as we can. It makes it easier to get places like Shula's Steakhouse for our bigger party.

Great tip, OpenTable can be a handy way to snag those Disney dining reservations early.
