Open Table and DDP.

If I have a reservation at paradiso 37 on open table will I be able to use the disney dining plan to pay. I can't get a reservation through disney

Yes. DDP is only a method of payment. It has nothing to do with making reservations.

Paradiso 37 is one of the participating restaurants on the DDP (like Raglan Road, Bongos, etc) so you can use your DDP credit to pay for your meal. Many of us use Open Table for several of the Dis Springs restaurants because 1) usually more ressies available and 2) if making a ressie for your arrival day and you are concerned about flight being delayed or simply being too tired to get to the restaurant, Open Table doesn't charge the $10 no show fee/late cancellatioin that Disney Dining Reservations does.
