just an update....my mil was taking to the er last night and she was not doing good last night....oxygen levels down really low and called the other two brothers here.......in the middle of the night she rallied and she is so so now...we will figure out what to do by tomorrow night.....if she keeps getting better we will MAYBE ....just maybe still go friday to florida ....and then his other brother would be here as well as my family......his other brother was going with us to florida......they are saying that we should go and I am saying.....geesh.....my mil wants us to go too...so right now I am doing on two hours of sleep since yesterday.....will figure out what to do later....

Hannah is six and she is the worse one. Maybe the key is have no toys in the house

I used to go to my sisters house before kids and wonder why she couldn't pick up the toys once in awhile. I know now. They do not get picked up every second now.

My upstairs is done, I have the kitchen, living room and family room to do. I am not going to make it.

I will never again say where is Twinkie......clean up I am sure.

Better go before hubby comes back and see me on.....

I am doing less and less now. 2 1/2 rooms left. They will be a quick pick up anyway. I just know the realtor will come in as say everything has to go. Or be here for 5 minutes after it took hours to clean....

What is hard about taxes Haley??? Just send all your money to the gubbermint. Just kidding. Our taxes are complicated (which is odd because we don't actually have anything) but DONE, in fact the refund has already been returned, deposited and spent. Whohoo! My lil' sister did call me last night with a tax question ... could she borrow a dependent or two. HA!


Utah- You will be FINE with contacts. Just do like I do and PRETEND that you are not actually touching your eyeball if I can wear contacts ANYONE can. My first (few) time(s) I fainted... like out cold.. like laying on the floor while people fan me and coming to later and having everyone offer me juice. My first eye doctor when to medical school and then to optometry school (he actually specialized in advanced glaucoma and other big time eye problems) so he LOVED it when I fainted because "It made him feel like a real doctor again"... his words... he also thought I had beautiful eyes.... mainly because I was one of his handful of "normal" patients while the rest had really bad eye diseases.

So long story short even if you pass out the first time you touch your eyeball (I did!) you can still go on to a long and happy contact wearing life.

Hi Twinkie!!!

Speaking of Twinkies... my oldest daughter and I saw Disturbia on Saturday. Shia Le Boeuf's character was under house arrest- out of boredom he glued Twinkies together and made a castle.

as for the messes, Betsy - our girls were kind of anal growing up- picked up after themselves, took care of all of their possessions and we have countless Rubbermaid tubs in our attic, filled with Barbie stuff, Littlest Pet Shops, Little People ,etc- all in perfect condition. Their numerous Lego sets are in the original boxes with everything intact.
Now that they are college students- well, I've got to say, they are the messiest they have ever been!

I have big doll, little dolls, doll carriages(3 of them) Barbie dolls and of course all the acessories that come with dolls. Not to mention the stuff animals everywhere. A kitchen, shopping cart and register thing. Three doll cribs. She is one spoiled child. Most of which we didn't buy.

Our girls are a year apart- we have 2 of everything :
our future granddaughters will have plenty of nice toys.

Poly my sister was like that when she was young, kept her bedroom spotless. Now her house is a disaster. And I am opposite. Never made my bed then and now always have to have the beds made and sink empty. Weird.

I want to keep everything too but no where to store it. She has some nice stuff and she isn't hard on it either. Stuff looks like new.

I agree. We have toys but they are contained and not as many as a girl would have. We not doll house, no barbies, no babies.
Ds8 has wii playstation xbx 360 and nintendo. We have an office with 3 HUGE bookcases full of books and crafts stuff.

Actually my son plays house with my daughter all the time. He has a doll he stole from her that he calls meatball. He sleeps with it too but if anyone come over he throws it and says I wish my sister would keep her things out of my room. Our families both know about it though he has had it since he was 3.

Mind you this doll is used as an action figure at times too. Multi purpose toy.

This I dont understand!! Must be a foreign language... my DS in college have messy messes - can you believe they drink the water from water bottles, ok, then when its empty, they put the lid on, and remember, they are boys... THEY POP THEM - either by stepping on them real hard, or crushing with their hands!! OK, I can live with that, but why do they then think its ok to throw it on the floor???? cant they even pick up when mom comes to visit???

Mine happened outta nowhere, the first one... then the TF took one away and gave me 2 more on the chachi thread... I felt really honored, but like UMA it was into the 1,000 post before I was bestowed a tag... they still make me smile tho!! Yeah I am glad I had boys. I was never a girly girl and would have flet bad for any daughter of mine. I actually cant have anymore kids.
I was very sick with both boys and on bed rest, I couldnt work. I had a csections with both. It was very tough. As for your son with that doll thts awesome! MEATBALL!! What a great story.
