Note to self.......

Don't try to do a park in the pouring rain (afternoon rainshower, fine...all day rain, not so fine)....sigh. It rained all day....

We are diehards and we even left early....

On the upside, MJ LOVED the Shows. Didn't like The Great Movie Ride (I missed the warning for young kids, bad mommy) and wasn't overly fond of the Backlot Tour.....

It was fun, tho there isn't a lot for MJ to do there, so in the future we will probably try to do it in a patial (sunny) day or go later in the day and stay into the evening.

We ate at the 50's Prime Time Cafe and it was awesome. The cheese appetizer is to die for, the salmon was yummy (they were very careful of my allergies) and DH said the firend chicken was the best he has ever had (shhhhh don't tell his mother)

From now until May 5th they are running the Light! Motion! Action! show once a day in tests. We didn't get to see it today, but we will try to soon and review it. For those of you coming before May 5th, in order to see the show you have to get a fast pass for the one show they have, so go get that first and then do the rest of your day.

The AT-AT at Satr Tours is undergoing refurbishment. There is a lot of construction going on at Avenue of Americas and there are a few other walled off areas where they are updating things for the Big Celebration.

Thanks for the updates on MGM. We will be there the end of April and will look forward to seeing Light! Motion! Action! We hoped we wouldn't have to wait until the next trip to see it. :flower:

Really looking forward to Stunt Car Show :goodvibes :sunny: :teeth: :wizard:

I was just told this:

Correction on LMA- This Saturday will be the last open day for performances, it's then being closed again to add in the water effects and cut the time down.

By a CM on another board... so I guess the one I talked to today was wrong... :( I am so sorry.
