When I was younger and went to WDW we always went to Hoop dee Doo review but my kids have never been.....

None of have done SOA...

We are also eating at "ohana for breakfast and Via Napoli for lunch one day and the rest Cs.

I have also thrown the idea of maybe doing a couple of more TS instead of the dinner shows( would come out to same price)

We go to WDW every year and we love cs...but usually do a couple of TS each trip so I'm having a little trouble deciding... we were given $500 from DM as a B-day gift and I thought I would use the $ for the show/dinner so everyone could enjoy!

My kids are dd16, dd14, and dd4 as well as myself and dh

Also, I know my trip is in a few days but all times are available for the shows and the TS we are interested in

Other ts interested in are: 50's Prime time( have never done)
Trails End(we have done)
Cape May (never done)
Whispering Canyon(never done)
Big River Grille and Brewing Works(never done)

We did Spirt of Aloha when I went as a kid (our only TS) and we all loved it. I still remember it. MY brother particularly liked it because it had beautiful women dancing lol (I think my dad did too lol). Music was great, good interaction and food was awesome.

Now this was 20 years ago but 1 of the few things I remember from the trip. Also it is at a monarail resort so it was super quick to get to (not sure how quick hoop dee doo is?).

I really want to take my son when we go but not sure what we will do because it is 2 TS. If we don't do DDP we will probably do it but if we are on DDP we might not.

We took the family to HDDR last summer There were 9 of us- Me, DH, and our children and their spouses and grandson. We all had a great time. It was expensive though. As for the TS you mentioned: we love 50's/ If you get a good waiter it can be great fun. The food is decent. We did not care for Trails' End. It was a lot like school cafeteria food. We also did not care for WCC. The food was just OK. Keep in mind that we did go for a late lunch and their wasn't much "antics" going on. Ate at Big River Grille several years ago. Don't remember much about it- if that tells you anything. Never been to Cape May. We are planning on going there in December as a family.

Hands down I vote HDDR. this show is amazing. I have seen the Spirit of Aloha also it was okay but your kids will laugh and laugh at the HDDR. everyone will enjoy this show.

We have done HDDR twice and both times everyone in our group LOVED it. We like that kind of silly humor though and the food was good except for the beans. Nobody liked those at all .

Also we Love WCC but we have only eaten breakfast there. It was so good! We got the platter, but one girl got the raisen french toast and it was the best thing ever.
