Onsite hotel through Orbitz - how does it work?

If you book with Orbitz, can you still call Disney a week beforehand to make room requests? I did get my 12 digit number from Orbitz if that helps...

I've seen yes and no. I think yes bc you are calling the hotel directly. If no, you can call Orbitz and have them call to make the request.
