That's Wynottah's cousin, Whattabottah Ottah!! He is currently in stealth-otter training and will graduate with honors on December 15th - just in time for Christmas. I must commend you John for obtaining this picture. He's usually very camera shy. He must have sensed that you were a kind and loving person that he could trust implicitly. Good job!
