Only one signature dining, what would you choose?

If you can only do one signature dining restaurant, other than the royal table, what would you choose?

It would be between California Grill and Jiko's. LOVE the view at CG of the fireworks but dh loved the food ALOT at Jiko's. The food at CG was delish as well.

We are doing Flying Fish. We'll see if it's worth it in November.

Personally, if just choosing one, I'd opt for one of the dinner shows - HDD, BYBBQ, SoA

I've been to a bunch of the sit down sigs - they're mostly good - if you're looking for a fine dining experience from ones I've been to, Yachtsman

Generally you can get a great nice sit down restaurant meal in any city in America, so I'd go to something that's more "Disney"

1. Artist Point (My favorite signature - I love the tranquil atmosphere and Pacific Northwest cuisine. The salmon was amazing)
2. California Grill

4. Narcoossee's
5. Flying Fish
6. Le Cellier dinner
7. Hollywood Brown Derby
8. Citricos
9. Yachtsman Steakhouse
