Only on hold for 35 minutes

I just got off the phone with Disney using the 800 number and was only on hold for 35 minutes and got my AP rate at CSR just fine. Just thought I would share.

Sorry to hear no rates for the week before. I was a little worried that there wouldn't be any for us either seeing how it is spring break for some but I did get lucky. I would keep calling back incase anyone cancels. I had a AAA rate but it took several weeks to get it as they originally told me there were no rates available. I was persistant and got it but now don't need it.

EDIT AFTERTHOUGHT: Have you thought about splitting us your reservation and getting rates for the last couple of nights since there were some available for my beginning stay (23rd) which is the end of your stay? A couple nights discounted is better than none.

Try and call back today just incase you got a CM that overlooked one.

Boy, what a headache! I called at 7:15 am this morning, after 1 hour, 45 minutes had to hang up and go to work. Called 800 number at work and was hold again until almost 10:00 am when I had to hang up to go to several meetings. I was soo depressed because I just knew that the AP rates would be gone by the time I was able to call again. Called at 12:30 PM, on hold maybe 20 minutes. Was able to change my ressie for May 22 - 28, Contemporary Tower, from AAA rate to AP rate.

Now saving an additional $414 off the AAA rate. Boy, I am happy
