Only a few days to go for the Fall season Chicago area DIS meets

We have folks driving in from a number of neighboring states and many from the Illinois/Chicago area. Festivities will start Friday evening, October 11, with a pizza party (that's real hometown, Chicago style pizza)

at Gino's East, in Rolling Meadows, IL at 6 PM. I know the fun will will go on till whenever. If you are running late, I am sure we will still be there. Here is the address, map and link....

On Saturday, October 12, the meet will be at the Chicago Ridge Mall located at 444 Chicago Ridge Mall Drive, Chicago Ridge, IL (708/422-0897) This mall is very easy access off of the Tollway, 294, at 95th Street, Oaklawn. Directions to mall

There is a DIS Collectors' Board meet that will start at 10 AM, and the Community Board meet will piggyback off that one at 1 PM. Everyone is more than welcome at either or both of them. We are looking at making a full day of it, dinner included, at the mall/food court.

Can you add 5 to the Saturday meet? My DH and I have been toying with the idea, and this morning I got a pm from someone who thought I was coming...DH said YES!!! So we are driving for the weekend, and the entire crew is coming with me!!!!

Can't wait to see you all!!!
Wish we could be there on Friday...I did promise my DH and kids we would eat at Gino's East while we are there....so maybe where we end up for dinner that night or who knows...

Ok guys, sorry for not responding to the pm's a couple of you sent, I have been putting in some megga hours at work and have not been on much lately. I did some switching around of hours so Ellen and I will be at the meet on Sat! Unfortunatly, I have to work Friday evening so I will miss that We look forward to seeing all our old friends and meeting some new ones ! Its also going to be very cool to meet the "glo clan" for the first time See you all Sat!
