Linda I don't evan dare discuss the details of my trip with those people, when ever I say I'm going on vacation they know disney is involved. I get "you know there are more places to go in the world than disney", "why would you go there again didn't you just go there", and so on and so forworth... I just say " Mickey really loves me and wants to see me again" and they The only people that I talk to about disney are the people who just got back are going soon and Mindy.

Hi Everyone!! I too am glad that I started this post. I try not to talk to my family about it because all I will hear from my kids is when do we leave and my DH is kinda on the just tell me where to go and what to do so I don't have to think for a week. So I really only get to share my excitement with you guys, atleast until we get there.

Oh did I mention that i'm in single digits and will be there in only 9 days!!! I thought it would never get here.

But of course my oldest seems to have a cold and I think i'm getting it. So hopefully it will pass through our house before vacation. The last time we went someone came around us sick days before we left so on our last trip my DH ended up in urgent care and then two days later my oldest ended up in the emergency room at 3am with a very high fever. So I am really hopeing that it will be all gone with us by the time we leave. No sickies on vacation is my rule for this trip.

Packing, no I am not yet finished packing I ordered some new short online and they haven't arrived yet. But i'm looking at it as now I won't be sitting looking at a packed bag wishing the trip would get here. Because I still have plenty to do.

Roughly 10 days before vacations I start my boys on Airborne and now Cloraseptic has Daily Defence Health strips. They are loaded with vit c and zinc to help your body fight off colds and such better. The bottom line is, it can't hurt. And they get excited because they know the time is getting short.

Congrats on the single digits, Skip!!! I'll cross my fingers you're all better by the time you leave. Even if you are sick, it's better to be sick at Disney than at home (or at least that's what I told myself in '05 after getting sick due to a bad meal on property )

Marla-what new shows are you going to watch? Joe and I were somewhat unimpressed with the new shows coming up. We watched America's Next Top Model last night. I can't think of anything else though that we watch.

Linda-You Go Girl! You are such a wealth of knowledge, you don't even realize it! You are an expert planner-just imagine how great your future trips will be because you know sooo much!

Alright, back to work. Lots of doggies to watch today.

So I originally had the GF Photo Session scheduled for 6pm on the 30th but after adding MNSSHP, I realized this would *really* interrupt the Party! Plus, we have Chef Mickey's ressies later in the evening as well. SO-I moved the photo shoot to before the Party so it won't be quite so interrupted.

I think I'm done planning now.... Yeah, right! lol

P.S. Did you find out anymore about the location? Like I said I think it's near the Mickey Mouse Mercantile Shop on the 2nd floor. Did they just take your name and info or did they give you a reservation #. We don't have a #, just making sure we are still in the system!

Nope, no reservation number was given. Just my name. I'll *probably* just re-confirm the ressie tomorrow though when I confirm.

Maybe I'll reconfirm tomorrow too, just to make sure we are both at the same time. I'll ask if they have 2 or more photographers because I have a friend booked at the same time on that day too. Hopefully that it is the case and we get good weather.

Linda-I remember a thread about the GF photo session that there are multiple photographers. They'll probably start one of our groups inside, the other outside. Let me know what you find out and I'll do the same!

Yes, we'll certainly cross our fingers for good weather. I'm *almost* hoping for rain at somepoint though-the rain really clears out the parks. I wouldn't mind having MGM to myself! lol
