I like your choices, tho you have mostly American/Steakhouse picks. If you do go with the OOP for HDDR, try some of the more interesting restaurants, like Morocco! They have a wonderful chicken dish that is full of flavor without being weird!

I would be interested in hearing if you can make the reservation for Donalds Safari Breakfast. I tried to make one for Nov 21 but was told they are not taking reservations for this new character meal yet. I assume the booking will open up eventually, but I want to be able to get in as soon as I can since my reservation will be for Thanksgiving week.

I will let you know about the breakfast I will be disappointed if we can't book it although if they do a carachter lunch we will be happy.
I am unsure what to do about Hoop De Doo yet do we really need an extra two meals.
I am not sure that I would like morocco as I am quite a fussy eater I don't like tomatoes or onions or many vegetables and I don't like anything cooked in a sauce but do like things like Ribs.

We are doing the Wishes Fireworks Cruise from the Grand Floridian we did it last year with my sil, bil and mil and her b/f and it was great although this time there will only be 4 of us.

On our trip last April we chose to pay OOP for HDDR. Now that they have tiered seating, the only way to get Tier 1 seats is to pay OOP for them. I think it is worth it to be "Front and Center". We were right at the stage and my 4 yo DGS got chosen to participate on stage. It was wonderful.
We used the extra DDP credits to use 2 at Jiko, which we loved.
I would definitely do it this way again.

Try the Crystal palace before the park opens I hear its pretty neat to walk down main street when no one else is there.
We will be there around the same time as you....what a great time to go we were in WDW last year in the first week of Dec and I have to tell you I will never go anyother time!!!:santa:

I made my ADRs this morning. I got everything I wanted within 15 minutes of my time choice. I have 5 of the same restaurants. I did Crystal Palace at 8:15 before park opening. I think this will be one of the highlights of the trip.
Also, you won't be able to make your reservations for Raglan Rd until 180 days. They don't do the +10 rule. That's what the CM told me this morning.
Good luck
Angela

We did think of doing CP before park opening but I would hate to miss the opening ceremony
