Gail, Check with "Scrappy" and see if you guys have a long-lost sister! I think she's living in a small town in Arizona!!!
We're all gonna do just fine!

I have the wedding stuff packed, the snorkel stuff, the camera bag....all cruise clothing matched together in the closets. Guess I'm ready till time to really pack. So.....I might as well go shopping this weekend! Big jewelry sale at one of the department stores. I'd send my personal shopper, but I gave all the help the holiday weekend off!

Listening to #1 Mouse and Scrappy makes me all misty for my beloved brothers. Reminds me of the ONLY time I ever wore a thong.....one of the creeps gave me a "snuggy".

I told my loving Jordan once that I wanted to try the thong undies just so that I would know for sure that they were probably the most uncomfortable things ever created, and the sweet dear said "They don't make them that big"! How big does a string need to be? If I wasn't one myself, I'd hate kids!

This is our second disney cruise and the first on we went with Steve and Coleen and another couple and had a great time. Never would have guess that a cruise could be so much fun. And know with all of you to meet this cruise should be GREAT.

Dale is right this is going to be a lot of fun. I think once we get on the ship all our cares will slip away and we will relax for 4 great days with Disney waiting on us.

Isn't this a Disney cruise? Where's the magic & pixie dust to chase away the storms?
We sailed through a storm one night on our first cruise....it was actually really cool. It wasn't a hurricane, but lots of rain, thunder & lightning. It was neat to watch, and really relaxing to fall asleep to.

Huckster: If you do get any storm reports that may affect our cruise, keep us posted. Thanks!

Yep, still meeting, and still wearing our Mickeys. After the boat drill, we'll be up on Deck 10, starboard...the side that's next to the cruise terminal.
Hopefully, we haven't scared off too many people with our "shenanigans"!
Two weeks from today, at this very time, we'll be on the plane to Florida!!!!
Can't believe it, after a whole year of planning! The cool thing is that it's here, the bad thing is that I'm a whole year older!
But also a whole year better!

So, Coleen, right now we are wearing the same color! I like it, because it seems to go with everything. The only color I wore that Jay really liked was I'm Not Really A Waitress - red.
As for the rest, he just says "That's nice, dear".
My guess is that everyone made the great escape for the weekend. Jay & our son Jared went to our cabin for the weekend, and Jordan is spending the night with the bride....so I've been "spring" cleaning. Getting ready for my niece, who is housesitting for us. She's never been here before, so I had to gather up brochures & maps of places to go & things to do. I've lived here so long I forgot all the fun stuff to do!!
Finally decided how to get over the after-cruise letdown.....(nope, can't afford another cruise)......I made Christmas reservations at Disneyland! I love it there at Christmas. Now I will have something exciting to look forward to. The Grand Californian is stunning. Disneyland is so much more fun now that they have Downtown Disney & California Adventure. It's nice to have more dining choices, and more to do at night. Listen to me.....haven't even gone on the cruise yet, and already getting excited about DL! We still have our Oct 30-Nov 8 trip to Bonaire, and I'm going to Vegas with a friend the first of October...but I'm more excited about Christmas at Disney. What a loon.
Heading for bed....enjoy the long weekend, everyone! Sorry you have to work, Steve, but we're glad you guys are out there doing it!

AHHHHH 2 MORE Sundays Its september we can really say we sail this month!! 2 weeks!!

We are packing tomorrow! Today we do laundry. I did pack up all the personal care stuff that we won't need or use between now and then though!
While the Cruise is not ALWAYS on my mind, it's pretty close!!!
We leave on Sunday of next week for a week at Disney and I can just tell that the upcoming week is going to dragggggg!

We're here, just been very busy. Football at the High School has started back and since summer is coming to an end we needed to get some outside work done that we planned to do this summer.

I can't believe that 2 weeks from today and we will be getting ready to board the ship!!!!
John and I planned a trip back to WDW for 5 days in October, so that should help with the let down after the cruise, but.......................what about after that trip?!?!?!?!?!

Yes, huckster this trip in on my mind all day long!!!

Only 2 weeks and we are there, boarding the ship. The wife and I have been shopping for the trip, I spent I think a total of 15.00 on shirt and trunks. And we won't go on the amount that she spent. My goal is to have an enjoyable time with my friends new and old. And of course have a few, see you all in 2 weeks.

Hi everyone -- raining here in good old Illinois -- counting down on the days for the cruise -- we can't wait --
No Huckster -- you're not the only one with cruisin on your mind -- just had the convertible out with the top down before the rain -------oops - wrong kind of cruisin -- just kidding -- we can't contain the excitement -- having hard time sleeping already - in fact, we're also counting down on an Alaskan land and sea, and planning a 7 day W. Carribean for 2005 -- we love cruising, esp with DCL -- keep wishing for Alaska (guess Princess will have to do)

Hi Stace -- this is a pretty cool color -- If you DH likes I'm not a waitress red, try "Friar, friar, pants on fire -- a new opi in the London collection -- Steve liked it a lot -- showed the LV strip poker to Steve and Dale -- they'll both be watching for women with the same color -=- Karen may try it too -- next color - gold with a small brown and white striping ---- I wear our son's football colors during season ( this is our last year to attend games ) after that -- who knows what kind of colors we'll be favoring

As Coleen says the ONE thing we HAVE to do is stay awake and try some of the clubs. We have been on three cruises and not made it into any of them yet. One of us always seem to suffer a "food coma" after the shows
