Right now Sunrise Terrace at Wilderness Lodge is closed during the construction of the Disney Vacation Club villas on the edge of the lake, and Luau Beach is temporarily closed due to last week's tragedy. However, Memories brides are being told that Luau Beach will be available again soon, and some of them were even offered Sunrise Terrace as an alternative, so that one may not be as off-limits as we were led to believe.

i am a Luau Beach bride 2 weeks out. I spoke to my wedding planner Friday and was told that everything was on plan as scheduled unless I heard something differently from her! I am definitely counting this as "no news is good news"!!

Luau Beach opened back up as an option on Thursday of this past week.
