online vs phone

Never could do it online so now I'm on hold with the phone system.

I got right through. Told they needed to transfer me to Grand gathering dept. Fine...got on with them they told me they had to transfer me back as they do not make dinning reservations so now I have a 15 minute wait! Arrrg

I'm holding too, but at first I was hearing music and now only static. I'm unsure of whether to keep holding or call back...

My hold was for 10 minutes and then I got everything I wanted.
