Online Ticket Question - help

I bought our tickets online this weekend. They were doing the buy a 2day/2park ticket and get 2 days free deal. Well, when I printed out the receipt it only said 2day/2park - no mention of the extra days. I called and the rep, who was not particularly interested in helping me, said they would show up when I got there and actually got the tickets. Has anybody done this? Is it true? Please help...
