Online Streaming workouts

Has anyone done this? Found any good sites?

I was using ExerciseTV.com but they just shut down the site with no warning the other day. Not cool!

I was just looking at workouts on demand and demand sports. I'm hesitant to pay for a membership without trying a workout.

If anyone has tried them, or other sites, and has feedback, please let me know.
