Online reservation request success!

I used the online request form the other night when MS was closed. It didn't take long at all and they emailed me today that they made my requested change! I think I will use it in the future for not so hard to get reservations like todays SSR reservation!

Thanks Bobbi! They are very excited. The last time they stayed onsite was 1999 so this is a big treat for them. I think one of the best parts of our membership is sharing it will those we love!!

We've used the online reservations for those not-hard-to-get reservations before. The last time was for a savanna-view studio at AKV Kidani for one night for my parents before our cruise.

I've used it this year, too! Worked great and sure saved me time when adding "day by day" to an existing reservation at the 7-mos window for BWV.
