Online purchase/Walmart in store return ?

Hello.
I bought a couple of items online from Walmart. Items on different orders. i don’t have physical receipts and non came with the items. I have the order number and email but there’s no barcode. I’m confused how to return the online purchases, returning in store.

Yes, I did. I think I finally figured it out . I clicked on my order. It shows small icon pictures of the items but not the prices. It has a barcode on the bottom. Is that all I need? Walmart return lines are long and crazy in my area so I want to make sure I have the right printout , especially because there’s 3 different items on different orders. First time doing online order return.

Double check, I know I've purchased at least one item (a hair dryer) that could not be returned in the store.

If you have the app or an online account, you can go under past purchases and start a digital return. Then you go in to customer service and drop it off.

If u can start the return online, makes things easier. You ll need ID with no receipt.

They put in the card you use and then scan the item. It comes up, and they refund the price.

I do it all the time and they almost never send a receipt. Just go to thebsyore and give them the order number.

I would cation against starting the return online...I did that once and had issues. I don't remember the details...possibly they said I had to mail back or if there was an issue with the return, but the couldn't help because it was online and I had already started the return online, but it was an issue. I return online orders in person though waaayyy tooo many times than I can count and it's very easy.

She has the order number and/or "receipt" in her email/walmart app...he/she won't need to show id, just give them the order number.

Ok good to know. Christmas return can be a nightmare so don’t want any issues returning it.

It varies per store. Best to contact the intended store you are planning a return at for more information on whether there’s a separate drop off line and/or multiple customer return stations besides customer service desk (this is very likely tomorrow/the day after Christmas).
