online payment

Has anyone had any problems making a payment online with disney? I tried today and there seems to be problems putting it through.

Are you using a credit card or debit? and how much of a payment, there could be a limit on your debit card if that is what you are using. I have had that problem before, but I just made a payment on disney.com for a reservation, try again.

I dont think it's the amount. It's giving me this message...

"There is no registered agency with that ID number"

and I've used this card online before.

hmmmmmmm? that is strange, similar- i kept entering my number and it gave me an error- but i was entering visa instead of M/C. if that is not the problem call your cc company and tell them the problem, maybe they have issued you a new card and it is in the mail? hope this is resolved for you before you lose that room! yikes

I had this problem. I had to change the telephone number to the one used on my reservation as opposed to the one on my credit card billing. Good Luck!

You might want to call them. I had a problem paying off my balance a few weeks ago online. I tried to enter my payment info, then it just went back to the myvacation page without any confirmation. Also the balance was still showing up as unpaid. When I called them they said it posted twice and they had to adjust the amounts of both charges to make it even out. I have used the online payment several times before with no problems though.
