Did you reserve a package or just a room? and did you do it originally by phone or online? the option shows up if you did just a rooom and by phone now, but it wont actually work.

i amde all payments online followed up with a phone call. all online transactions went through without any problems. just waiting for my confirmation paperwork and vouchers. good luck.
