I was told the date I could make ressies is April 2nd. My question is should I call and make them or do them online. Also, is April 2nd the 180+10 or just 180 days out?

Thanks in advance!

nevermind....I just saw a post that asked the same exact question (and I did look before I posted this!).

On-line is great! Much better than sitting on hold with Disney....

Good luck!!!!

I've done both and perfer talking to someone. I've found the CM can actually search a wider time frame than the computer. :goodvibes

I made my first ever Disney Dining reservation today (!) and I found the phone option to be a great experience. I was only on hold for about 3 minutes, and the agent I spoke with was super helpful! Also, if you are celebrating a special occasion, you can tell them over the phone- not sure if you can input the information on the online reservation form.

Hope this helps!:)

I prefer phone too because they can search the restaurant choices faster than having to type in each one. Also your ADR's will be 180 days out only. They plus 10 days means, you can book your whole stay (up to 10 days) at your 180 day mark. I was confused by this too and called at 190 days.. lol
Good luck! Oh and once I made ADR's on phone I edited them online. So goodluck!
