Online Dining Reservations??

Hi! A Travel Agent friend of mine told me that travel agents are now able to book dining ressies online at 90 days in advance or less. Can anyone confirm this?

If it IS true, does anyone know if us regular guests will be able to do that in the nearish future as well?
