Online Dining Reservation

Hi, Can anyone tell me what time in the morning I can start booking my dining reservations? MY 180 days is fast approaching and was wondering what time to log on.

We have tried at 12:01 eastern time and then at 12:01 central time with no luck. It then worked when we tried at 6am.
