Online dining reservation question

I'll be making online dining reservations for the first time this month and I wondered - are you still able to make the reservations at 3 am or is it back to 6 am?

I made my reservations for 6/30 - 7/6 at exactly 6:00 a.m. this morning. I couldn't get days before 6:00 a.m. I got all the ressie I needed. Thanks to all for all the great information before hand it sure made it easier for me,especially since this was my first time doing online reservations.

6am Eastern time, 3am Pacific
