Online Crop this Friday!

We will start at about 5pm Est and go until between 11 and midnight depending on how things are going. Sometime during the evening (I haven't fully planned out the schedule yet) we will have an online scavenger hunt. For this you will look at the list of items wanted and find a link to them online and then post in the thread (or I may do a seperate thread for answers so they don't get completely lost) the list of your links for each category. This could include a link to some of your work, a favorite store, a picture of something specific, an item used for a particular kind of project, or anything else(I am still working on the list).

We will also have 2 timed challenges for the evening and 1 challenge that will go through the whole night and the winner will be choosen in the morning.

I was also thinking about doing a favorite quotes or title ideas activity where I would post a topic and have everyone post quote ideas and title ideas for those on thos e pages- if anyone has something they are working on and are stumpped about and would like ideas they would be welcome to pm me and I can make sure that is on the list to post.

Everyone is welcome to participate whether you are new to our forums or are in on the conversations daily. Just get some stuff together to work on- I like to choose small projects like cards, altered letters, or a mini book but anything you can work on near your computer and then we will chat, share our work, and have fun together.

I try to make sure dinner is something DH can cook or something I do ahead of time so I don't have to worry about dinner for the evening. You are welcome to drop in for a bit, pop in and out, or join us for the whole evening.

Yes they are! This weekend will be the worst of it and then I should be down to reasonable hours. Can't wait for summer, then I only work half days!!

I work for a Florist/Garden Center, we only have a small crew, so holidays means more work as my boss does not believe in seasonal help. I typically work 20 or so hours a week, but during busy times can work anywhere from 55 to 80 hours. I have been working for the same company since college so they are like family. Husband and kids are mostly adjusted to the craziness. This year was hard with Easter being so late, it makes for a crazy few weeks.

I can't wait!! I should be back from DS's baseball game around 8:30. So, I will join in then. We have to leave around 5:00, so I can't get on in the beginning. But, glad to get on at all....I sure need it!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO behind!

I might pop in for a bit, the majority of our packing is done, just trying to tie up all the loose ends. We were going to go out to eat to surprise DS with the trip, but then I remembered that I have a spray tan appointment at 2:00...not going anywhere after that! (Spray tan because brown fat looks better than white fat! )
