Online Checkin, Trouble with Multiple Reservations

I have three reservations at AKL. I checked in to the first one, a grand villa with 3 adults, and was able to assign PINS and complete it successfully.

What I try to do the other two reservations, it keeps taking me to the initial reservation and I can't see the other parties to assign their PINs.

I tried closing my browser and starting again, and I tried moving from Chrome to Explorer. Neither worked. What am I doing wrong?

If, as it appears, you have three reservation numbers, then each has a different day for when you are 60 days out from date of arrival and can do online check-in.

They are all the same check in day, and we are 20 days from check in so they should all work.

If your name is not on all the reservations, the issue you may be having is one of the other guests must do the check in. If your name is on all the reservations, then the likely issue is that the system cannot have a set up for magic bands that has any one person assigned to multiple rooms at the same time and you will need to call to correct.

Are you trying from the main MDE page or the 'My Reservations and Tickets' page?

The on-line check-in link on the main MDE page doesn't include a reservation number in the url (IIRC), where the ones on the 'My Reservations and Tickets' page do.

I finally got it to work using Disney reservations page. But they didn't give me the option to add PINs to the Magic Bands for the people not staying in my room. Guess we will figure that out when we get to the resort.
