Online checkin for SSR

We have never used the online check in and will be staying at SSR beginning June 1st. So I'm curious if I can put in a request for a certain building AND an upper floor. When I booked with Member Services, I did request an upper floor, so hopefully I will get that.

You're better off making all requests through MS, and leaving the online check-in stuff blank.

Online check-in is very non-specific...won't allow you to request certain buildings, etc. MS is pretty decent about filling more specific requests at DVC resorts.

My niece doesn't own DVC, but will be staying at SSR in July. Based on what I read here, I told her to request upper floor, Springs.

Does that sound about right? She has 2 small kids, so easy access would be a real plus.
