Online Check In?

We are about 30 days out from our trip. This is only my 2nd trip, 1st time planning it myself, so not very familiar with online check in. From what I'm reading some people can do a faster check in once they get there or bypass it all together and go straight to your room. My question is when you do the online check in, once you get to the resort can the front desk link different credit cards to each persons Magic Band? We are 4 adults going, so would prefer not to have everyone's charges going on my credit card!

I have done online check in for the past several years-- it does tend to be a shorter line that moves faster. I have NEVER been texted when my room was ready. NEVER. So I have no idea how that whole bypass-the-front-desk thing is supposed to work.

I'm sorry but I don't know about the cc and MB. I seem to recall before MB that different cc could not be linked to different room key cards--but I don't know about now.

Thanks! The other thing I noticed was there were still Keys to the World cards listed for 2 of us from our last trip in 2013. I made these inactive, so that we all just have our Magic bands, however the 2 of us already have pin codes saved, but we have NO IDEA what they are from 2013!! It says the front desk can reset them. Instead of waiting until we get there, can they reset them now if I just call??

Yes you can change cc and put different ones on different MBs. I always forget my pin, don't know why it's such a blank space in my head so even though I do on line check I got to the front desk anyway. In most resorts there is a line or two for on line check in and a line or two for regular so it's a coin toss as to how long you will wait, I've never waited longer than 5 min. I think you can reset it on line if you do on line check in far enough out, I never do it until like the day before. I don't know if you can call and do it or not.
