My fiancé and I are going on a Disney Cruise for our honeymoon. I'm trying to do the online check in and when I do it I'm not able to change the citizenship. My fiancé is Filipino (permanent resident in US) but when I try to edit her citizenship its grayed out with her citizenship at "United States of America". Any ideas how to fix it?

Does she have a U.S. passport?

I would call customer service and they should be able to help you out.

You give them the country of citizenship when booking. So either you forgot to change it (it comes up automatically as USA) or your travel agent forgot to ask you about it and just thought it was USA. As PP said, give Disney a call, or if you booked through a travel agent, let them know.

Don't worry, you can still complete online check in today to select your port arrival time, you just need to go back and add the correct passport data later. You can always edit the info that you put in during online check-in.
