Online check in

I have been trying for a week to check in online and the system keeps giving me an error message. Anyone else have h this problem. We arrive in 20 days

Yes!!! I've been trying to check in for about a week as well with no luck. I chatted online with a cast member & she said the system was being updated. Seems to be a long update Imho. Hopefully it will be fixed soon! Good luck!!

I am also having an issue. It won't let me update my credit card info so I'm going to give it a few days and try again. Luckily I'm not leaving until October so I have plenty of time to get it done.

I want to check in as well. The site isn't even showing my reservation anymore. It says there are some parts of my profile unavailable at this time. Getting a little frustrating. 18 days to go!

I finally checked in online today! I had to do a double take when I saw the confirmation screen instead of the Goofy error message, lol!
