Online Check in????

We are at our 10 day mark!!!

I'm trying to do the online check in, but it's requiring me to put a credit card # in and "pins". I do not wish to link a credit card to my account. Is there anyway around this???

Yes, there is! you don't need to do on-line check-in.

On-line check-in definitely requires your credit card # and if you don't wish to link it for room charging privileges (we never do) skip the on-line process.


If your room requests and any celebrations were noted when you made your reservation (you can call CRO to confirm them) there really is no point to on-line check-in. As with regular, old-fashioned check-in, your waiting time upon arrival at the resort may be shorter or may not, your room may be ready and it may not. Guests have experienced various degrees of both.

Thanks for the information! This must be a new thing. I've always done online check in but never had to give a credit card#. I'm going to call CRO and make sure they have my room request down. Luckily we get there really early in the morning and will hopefully beat the check in crowds.

We've always early/mid morning and our room has been (luckily) ready every time!

Never done online check in but we always fly a red eye so we miss any crazy lines for check in and (thankfully) they've always had a room ready!
