Online check in

I am trying to check in and it's not working.... anyone else having trouble. I am just at the 10 day window. Keeps telling me to fill out the yellow blocks they are all done.
 
Someone on another thread said that after entering the zip code, an additional 4 digits are added. If you back space and remove those, it goes through. Worth a try. :thumbsup2
 

I know part of the system was going to be down until tomorrow morning. Maybe try again tomorrow morning?:confused3

I checked in really late last night using this trick and it worked for me. Finally!
 
I have been trying to do my online check-in since last Friday for my trip this Friday, Oct. 22. I have changed the zip, removing the last 4 digits and continually tried it multiple times since Friday. I have spoke to DVC and Disney reservations and they said I am doing everything right. That the only thing I can do is keep trying and worse case scenario, check-in when I get there. I guess I am just spoiled now and want my online check-in to work because it is sooo much easier when you arrive. Please let me know if you get yours to work!!!
 
Do I need to worry about it if they have my hubby's name wrong? They used my last name for both of us- he has a different last name than I do. Is this something I should fix ahead of time or can I fix it when we check in?
 
I'm at the 10 day mark and just tried it and it told me that it wouldn't go through at this time and to try again later.....so I will! :surfweb:
 
I cracked the code. I just did my online check in and like many of you it did not go the first time. It said to fix my address. So I edited and my zip did not have the 4 extra digits, so I added them and it didn't like it and still would not go (I just added the numbers on a bill, but normally never use the extra four). So I edited again and this time I put in my 5 digit zip and added FOUR zeros (0000) at the end of my zip (no space) and it worked like a charm!!! I'm done. I decided not to add my cc since we are 6 adults and in the past when I do this, they add charging to ALL adults. It will be easier to add the charging to our TWO cards upon checkin.

That section wasn't yellow and it wouldn't allow me to type any where?

The request section is designed for guests that have booked direct with CRO. For DVC reservations, requests need to be noted on the reservation by MS.
 
Really? Do you know why they set it up that way?

Dunno...but I did the same thing when doing my online checkin. I tried to type in the box and it's not activated. I ended up calling to check on whether I made any request back when I booked. Plus I added on a crib if available.
 
I've been trying on line check in for 2 days. Member Services was of no help; but thanks to you guys I'm all set. I deleted the last 4 numbers from the zip code and added 0000 and it finally worked. Thank you.

Glad it worked for you too. It's gets pretty frustrating trying to solve some of these mysteries.
