Online Check-In?

Hi,

I'm sure this has been asked before and I'm sorry...

When you do online check-in if you didn't receive the building you wanted can you have them change it? If you can, would a CM do it right there or would you have to get in the check-in line? Do you usually get what you rqsted when doing the online check-in?

When we did online checkin at BLT, it was just another line at the checkin window. The guy had all our stuff but if needed and it was available, he could make any changes we wanted. I am really not sure if it even saved us any time. It seemed it took just as much time as our regular checkins. I was second in line for it and it still took about 10 to 15 minutes in total...smjj

All online checkin really does is save the desk clerk needing to run your credit card and gather your packet - how much time it saves related to the lines. If they are not busy, both will be about the same time. But if you arrive at a popular check in time, the line can be significantly shorter.

That's good to hear, that they can make changes...I was worried if we do it we are stuck with what we have.

We are definitely going during a busy time as it will be 4th of July week and we would be arriving at the hotel around 5 or 6...online check-in is the way to go for us...hopefully we get the building we rqsted at OKW
