Online Check-in Under Review

Do you recall how long your documents remained 'under review' after you submitted them for online check-in?

I have had them clear within a day or two. But they can take up until right before your cruise. Don’t assume there’s something wrong if it’s taking awhile.

It's random. My cruise last September, everyone in my sailing party was "pending" until about a week before (maybe slightly less). My cruise in April, I was cleared within I think a day of submitting online (and it was the same photo/passport). So no rhyme or reason to it (that I can tell), and no reason to panic if it doesn't clear right away.

We did 2 rooms last cruise in May. First room was cleared in a few days, the other took like 2 weeks.

Only my husband's picture was "under review". It stayed that way until about 3 days before the cruise. But they took a new picture of him at the port when we checked in, because they said the one we submitted wasn't good.

Mine was a week and a half but others on the same cruise who checked in after me, got cleared before me. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason.

Until 2-3 days before the cruise. I checked anxiously every day and just before we flew out, it said accepted.
