online check in - trouble doing room request?

We're within the 10 days of our next trip (HOORAY) to HHI. Tried to do online check in last evening but it would not accept any information on the room request section.. Tried several times but to no avail. What am I missing? Thanks!

That box is not useable for requests for DVC reservations. Any requests must be made through Member Services.

Because the software was written for those staying with Disney on cash reservations and not DVC members.

Thanks - it is too late to make a request? Kind of annoying it is there but not useable. We only make one trip per year so I guess to me it's another "best kept secret."

You can make a request at any time. Just call Member Services and they'll add it to your reservation. Keep in mind it is only a request. Good luck!
