Online Check In- Room Request

I am traveling with 2 other parties, all staying at BCV. I have called numerous times and member services have assured me that it is noted on the reservation that we are traveling together so that we can try and get rooms near each other.

My question to all of you out there is if I do online check in will this request go away? Do you all think that checking in online will effect the request?

I don't think on-line check in improves or hurts abilities to get requests. More important is to try to check in earlier in the day rather than later. I don't think calling "numerous times" affects the odds one way or the other either.

The good news is that BCV is a small resort. So your odds are very good of being pretty close together no matter what. Good luck!

We just came back from our trip to the treehouses. I made a last minute request, then did online check-in. The request was noted on the reservation when we checked in and we got our request.

Online check in does not erase requests noted on the reservation by MS.

Years ago, a room request seemed to be addressed before we got there and we we're happy, today it's addressed at the time of check in. We found this out at the front desk after speaking with a supervisor after so many dissapointments. We find they want you in the next available room, so your off in the parks. We tell them we don't care how long it take, we'd rather wait and for the most parts that seems to work for us.

Some resorts pre-assign, others at time of check in, and sometimes they do both.

Requests should be made with MS and currently, they are not visible during the on line check in process.
