Online Check-in "Room Request" link broken?

Heading to Aulani later this week, was checking in online, and got to the ROOM REQUEST link, which is important to me. Of course, the link was not working, thus no request entered. Is there any way to notify AULANI of the room requests? I did give them to MS when the reservation was made. Is this standard operating procedure with online check-in, or just a temporary glitch? (I did try both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome--same problem with both)

Have MS add the request to your reservation.

I just completed online check-in for a stay next week at SSR without problems. I was able to put in two requests.
