Online Check-In Room Request Issue

We're checking in to Saratoga Springs later this week. When filling in the online check-in with room request issues, you get to fill in two options. My goal for my two requests is "Congress Park" and "Lower Floor," but no matter what combination I plug in (either lower floor first or second), whenever I go back and check my request, it looks like this: " , Lower Floor". There's nothing before the comma and it looks the same whether I put lower floor in the first or second spots. Anyone else experiencing any issues with this?

Should I call the hotel directly to try and get this into our requests or is it just a fluke with the website that others have experienced as well.
 
Yes, I would definitely call the hotel directly and ask them to put this information on your reservation.

Did you reserve the Congress Park category? Your resort phone call will be answered by a call center, not the resort. You can try to add your request visa MS but the resort has probably already assigning rooms. You should add the request to the reservation and not to online check in.
