Online Check In Question

We finally got the "go ahead" to do the online check in. Only 10 more days!!
Has anyone had any problems entering room requests. When I click on the "add request" button the only option it gives me it to request a pack-n-play. Does anyone know what is going wrong here? I cannot type anything into the boxes. I'm debating on just calling w/ our room request for AoA building 6 close to nemo. Any suggestions?

If you want/need to request a specific location, you need to phone to do it.
