Online check in question

I was trying to check in oline. I tried multiple browsers and computers. When I click on the button for room requests, it pops up and says I can choose 2 from the options below. But there are no options to choose. If you have checked in online what were the choices? If they're not anything we want I'll just check in without requests.

The options generally there are for a fridge (which you'd have to pay for at a Value resort), pack-n-play, and maybe another one I can't remember. There's no way to write a room request at online check-in. The only way to add a room request is to have it added to your actual reservation by calling.

I had an issue with the on-line check in for our reservation this week... it had an option to add a room request but then there were no options! I just skipped it and moved on. Silly website!

Requests should be attached to your reservation.

For the PP who said they had an options section, but no options popped up, there is a reason.

You were most likely in a resort that already had a fridge and if you had children on your reservation, their ages did not qualify for a pak n' play. Those are the options that will pop up, if you are in a value or an infant under the age of 3.

So there is method to the madness.

it depends on the resort
i just checked in for caribbean beach and my room requests were for a pack-n-play, near transportation, ground floor, and then any of the specific islands.

i picked 2 locations, but when the confirmation went through it said the requests didnt so i had to call anyways.

i called, took 2 seconds, and now i know its listed there.
