I just checked in online for my DVC stay beginning 10/14. The system would not allow me to add my room requests (upper floor, near elevator). When I tried typing into the text box it kept kicking me out. Any suggestions?
My understanding is that the room requests have to be made over the phone. I was only able to give a CC# and add any special occasions we were celebrating. I have to say though, it was the fastest check-in experience I've ever had!
The on-line check in program is designed for Disney's cash Guests. The DVC uses it but is doesn't support requests. Call or email MS to add your requests.
We are renting points from a DVC member. It says it can't find my reservation, but it was able to find it for our dining and dining changes I made this morning. Is it not available to those of us renting points?
