Been trying to do online check in but keep getting message that an error occurred try later. Has anyone else had this issue. Tried call MS but a long wait.
I was unable to complete the registration for our upcoming trip in August. All of the fields were complete, but I keep getting a message stating that there was an error on the page. Member services suggested checking in through My Disney Experience, instead of the DVC Member website, and that did not work for me either. Eventually, I gave up and made my room request by phone.
I finally got through to DVC tech support and they took me to mydisneyreservation.com and everything went well.
They said they were having problems with the other website. I wish they would post it on the DVC website to use this other website so people would know.
