Online Check-In not allowing location requests?

Hi everyone! I went online to do my check in and it won't allow me to make any location requests. There are two drop down boxes but nothing is listed in either one. Is this something new? A glitch? I am going to call in my requests anyway but was just curious if anyone else has had any issues with this. Thanks!

This has been an issue for everyone. It has been an intermittent thing going back about 18 months and completely broken for the past 6 months. Always best to call.

It has not worked in quite some time and my theory is Disney is simply phasing out the option due to people being upset if they don't get it.
Yes call it in and remember its a request only.
