We are checking into our home resort, RIV, on Monday!!! I keep trying to complete online check in but it keeps erroring out.

Is anyone else having issues with this?

Is there really any benefit to it? I have to go to the desk to get key cards anyway as we don't have magic bands. Is there a way to add my room requests on the DVC member website?

For room requests, you can Chat or send email via the member website, or you can call MS (which you could do today). Room assignments are made 5-7 days from arrival, so depending on how specific yours are, you may or may not get them. Many of us submit them via chat/email/phone months in advance of arrival.

No matter what, when you arrive and go to the front desk you can ask whether your room fits your requests. They might or might not be able to reassign your room if it doesn’t.
