Online Check In Issue

I am now within 10 days of arrival at Aulani and I am trying to check in online, but I am having an issue. I can pull up the reservation and fill in all my info, but at the bottom where you are supposed to agree to the conditions and hit continue there is no check box! I have tried both Chrome and IE. Just wondering if anyone else has hit this and came up with a fix.

You have to actually scroll through all of the terms and conditions. The check box will be at the bottom of the terms.

Having same problem. I did try scrolling through the whole terms and conditions.

You could try this link for online check-in. https://secure.reservations.disney....al_Default_Page&process=false&pageRender=true Even the CMs at MS tell you to use it if the other one won't work.

I tried the link above and still have the same issue! I scroll through the terms and there is no where to check and the continue button won't work (of course because I haven't agreed to the terms). It is bizarre. I guess we'll check in when we arrive.

What?? Of course you cannot do online checkin without agreeing to the terms.

That is exactly my problem... there is no check box to allow me to agree to the terms so I can't continue the process. Usually the box is at the bottom of the terms and conditions, but it is no where to be found.

I went to check in online and after I entered all the information and clicked save, it said I didn't have a reservation that I could check in for.

I would send in an email to MS for IT. I think you are out of luck on doing online checkin for now. The lines at Aulani's checkin desk usually move pretty quickly.
