Online check in Help

Just trying to do online virgin check in, when I try to do it it says I can check in but when i say add passenger and try to add my bf it cant find him, is this because when it has searched me it means the two of us because we are in one booking with me as the lead passenger i really dont have a clue what is happening with it and the website has litterally no help at all.

Sorted it thankfully now off to get everything finished then bed.
